The staff were very friendly and helpful . the room was very clean. I noticed that immediately. the location is excellent because it is so close to the north acton tube station!!!

i would have liked more variety during breakfast. it was the same every day. the quality of the meat served was not the best. i also noticed there was no closet, only an open furniture piece.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the location proved very convenient, directly outside the subway station. nearby supermarkets made getting supplies quite easy. i also appreciated that i could leave my luggage for free after checkout (very useful!).

the breakfast options were somewhat repetitive each day, but i found enough options to satisfy my hunger.

I found the staff to be cute! The room had a comfortable bed and was very quiet. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed anything, this was much appreciated.

The parking area is quite small, only accommodating a limited number of vehicles.

The breakfast really lacked variety. Powdered eggs are not my idea of a treat. my so-called comfortable mattress reminded me of a trampoline someone had been using for years. Honestly I think they should just burn them.
